These \u2018I Love You\u2019 Trifle Cakes<\/strong> are made with a fat-free sponge and we think they\u2019re perfect for Valentine\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d never tried\u00a0making a fat-free sponge<\/strong> before and to be honest hadn\u2019t thought I\u2019d like it very much, imagining\u00a0\u00a0it to be dry and flavourless. But as I eat far more cake than I should I thought I should give it a try.<\/p>\n

The recipe was kindly shared with me by Joy from Sugar and Crumbs. Joy does not know this yet but she is my new hero because this cake is superb, really light, not at all dry and NO FAT!!!!
