I just love how this CARDBOARD TUBE CANDLE CRAFT FOR KIDS turned out. I knew it was going to be pretty but it actually turned out even prettier than I expected.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Last week I was putting together a round up of Hanukkah crafts<\/a> and one of them was a gorgeous yarn wrapped menorah craft. I loved the idea so much I decided to adapt it and make a 3D version using cardboard tube candles. I\u2019m so pleased I did, this yarn wrapped candle craft turned out so colourful and cute!<\/p>\n

We ended up making lots of different paper roll candles in different sizes. We used rainbow yarn to wrap around our candles and I love all the colours.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve sat our candles together and scattered some Christmas ornaments around them and it\u2019s made the most wonderful Christmas candle centre piece.\u00a0 I also think this would be a wonderful Hanukkah candle or Diwali candle too don\u2019t you?<\/p>\n

After I\u2019d finished photographing our candles my son had the idea of hanging some on the Christmas tree as candle ornaments. So we added a loop of yarn at the top and I have to say the idea worked really well and they look rather fabulous! I\u2019d recommend you give it a go too.<\/p>\n

Colourful Paper Roll Candle Craft For Kids<\/h2>\n

We used a mix of TP Rolls, poster tubes and kitchen roll middles to make our candles. Any cardboard tube will do and if they\u2019re longer than you\u2019d like then just cut them to size.<\/p>\n
