Supplies To Make A Basket Of Apples Craft:
- Printable Apple Basket Craft Template
- Printer Cardstock
- Colouring Pens/Pencils etc
- Scissors
- Glue
How To Make a 3D Apple Basket Craft
1 – Download and print the apple craft template. If you are using the B/W template, either colour it in or trace/print the pieces onto coloured paper or cardstock.
2 – Carefully cut out all the template pieces and glue a short piece of basket onto the middle, bottom of your backing sheet.
3 – Glue a short piece of basket onto either end of the basket base. Fan them outwards slightly.
4 – Glue the last two short pieces of basket onto the middle of the basket base. Only glue them at their bottoms. Their tops need to be loose.
5 – Fold the ends of the long basket piece along the dotted lines. Apply some glue to both folded over tabs.
6 – Apply some glue to the top of the two loose middle basket pieces.
7 – Glue the tabs of the long basket piece onto the the two sides to make an arched basket top.
8 – Push the glued tops of the middle basket pieces on to the back of the arch.
9 – Glue the stalks and leaves onto the apples.
10 – Put the apples into the basket.
