How to Make a Cat From a Paper Plate
Craft Supplies Needed:
Tabby Cat Craft

1 – Start by painting your paper plate orange (or any other colour you’d like your cat to be).

2 – Tabby cats typically have M shaped stripes on their foreheads so you can paint those on with a darker orangey brown colour.

3 – Next you’ll need to cut out the facial features from paper or cardstock. You’ll need ears, eyes, white face, cheeks and nose. These are easy to cut out by hand but if you prefer you can use our cat template. (It’s only a rough hand sketch I’m afraid, but you might find it useful.)

4 – Then glue the cat’s facial features onto the front of the paper plate.

5 – Glue the outer and inner ears together.

6 – Finally, glue the ears to the back and your paper plate tabby cat is ready to play!
